Season 2 of Dig It Gold Game, the breakout Play For Gold by Flashy Fun, is getting closer, and we’re ready to start sharing what’s next.
On February 19 at 10:00 AM EST (+5 GMT), the Dig It Gold Game team will host a live AMA to officially kick off the Season 2 conversation. This session will mark the first public deep dive into how Dig It is evolving, what new gameplay mechanics are coming online, and how the Play For Gold model continues to expand.
The AMA will be streamed live on the Dig It Gold Game X account, giving the community a chance to hear directly from the builders behind the game and to participate in a real-time discussion about what’s ahead.
Season 1 of Dig It demonstrated that Play For Gold works at scale. What began as an experiment quickly turned into a globally played game, with hundreds of thousands of gold diggers earning real rewards through simple, engaging gameplay. Season 2 builds on that foundation, introducing new layers of progression, deeper mechanics, and a more expansive vision for how gold-backed rewards can power long-term engagement.
Joining the AMA as a special guest is Paul Barkley, Lead Game Developer at Dig It.
