These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Flashy Finance website, mobile application, and services (collectively, the “Platform”). By using Flashy Finance, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility

4. Intellectual Property

All platform content, trademarks, logos, and proprietary technology are owned by or licensed to Flashy Finance. You retain ownership of your original content, but grant Flashy a worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to display, promote, and distribute your content on the Platform and in promotional materials.

5. Monetization

Flashy Finance may offer monetization tools including tipping, digital gifting, wearable drops, branded sponsorships, and creator campaigns . Eligibility for monetization is at our discretion and may be subject to regional and regulatory limitations.

Creators are responsible for any taxes or legal obligations arising from income earned through Flashy Finance. Flashy reserves the right to adjust monetization models, fees, or eligibility at any time.

6. Virtual Goods and Currency

Flashy Finance may include virtual currencies or items, including “XP”, “Points” or “Digital Gifts.” These are not redeemable for cash and may not be transferred outside the Platform unless explicitly allowed. All virtual goods are licensed, not sold, and may be revoked at any time.

7. Platform Changes and Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for any interruptions or data loss resulting from such changes.

The Platform may include third-party content, advertisements, or links to external services. Flashy is not responsible for third-party sites or services and does not endorse or guarantee their content.

The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Flashy disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flashy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or use, arising from your use of the Platform.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Flashy, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the Platform, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms, suspected fraud, or platform misuse.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Toronto.
