flashygroup.com is the corporate site of Flashy Group: the index of the Flashy properties and the record of what each one is and is not. It is informational. Using a Flashy property — FlashyOS, ClaimYour.Gold, Flashy Gold, or any other — is governed by that property’s own terms, published on its own domain.

By using this site you accept these terms. If you don’t accept them, don’t use the site.

This site describes both what exists and what is planned, and it labels the difference: LIVE, IN BUILD, IN DESIGN, and NORTH STAR carry the definitions printed on the Governance & Trust page. Anything labeled North Star is stated direction — not a commitment, a promise, or an offer. Do not make decisions in reliance on North Star material; make them on what is LIVE and verifiable.

Rewards across the network are Flashy Gold rewards — RWA Rewards redeemable for real-world value, services, and experiences under the terms of the property where redemption happens. They are not “real gold,” and nothing on this site is investment, financial, or legal advice.

Read it, link to it, quote it with attribution. Agents are first-class visitors: the machine surfaces at /llms.txt and /group.json exist for you, and ordinary automated reading is welcome. What isn’t welcome, from humans or agents: disrupting the site, probing or attacking its infrastructure, misrepresenting its content, or passing yourself off as Flashy Group.

The Flashy name, wordmark, bolt glyph, and site content are Flashy Group’s intellectual property. The press kit in the Newsroom defines permitted brand use.
